The Hutton Residences is the third and most ambitious of Savoy Properties’ three residential development projects in Downtown Kirkwood. The new, upscale condominium development offers a unique proposition to affluent buyers who are attracted to the amenities of urban living in a community-centric suburban setting. Contemporary architectural design married with nostalgic references and traditional elements creates a unique, upscale property that is both sophisticated and comfortable.

Informed by our research and inspired by the building’s architecture, we presented The Hutton as a name that references the town’s legacy, evokes the visual symmetry, strength and clean lines of the structure and represents the connection to the two adjacent properties.
