Acclimate’s mission to attract top talent to the St. Louis region, will be expanding to serve markets outside the St. Louis region. The team’s passion for creating meaningful relationships and engaging experiences for candidates makes them truly unique in the talent acquisition space.

Acclimate needed a new name, brand identity, messaging, and website to position them for growth. Because many of their clients are Fortune 500 companies they needed a brand that felt national and a website that supported their business goals. Acclimate hired Novel for our design-thinking approach that connects design and messaging to key audiences to drive business growth. BRAND NAME + Logo + Brand Identity

FRESH INTERACTIVITY MEETS PROFESSIONAL PURPOSE

Acclimate needed a new name, logo, and color palette that would communicate what they offer in a clear and powerful way. After a decade of being in business, they realized the marketplace for talent acquisition was expanding and they were in a good position to expand along with it, so they wanted a fresh look that would position them for their next chapter. After we did market research about what their prospective clients were looking for in a talent acquisition partner, we created a logo and mark that was both elevated and smart. Acclimate is all about talent connecting with place as an important part of their decision-making process on whether or not they will take a job. For companies recruiting top executives, being able to land the right candidate could mean millions of dollars for the company. And for most candidates place, and the quality of life that goes along with it has become more important than ever before. We used the familiar place iconography as our mark to signify that Acclimate knows how important place is for both candidates and companies. We also discovered in our research that data is the most important thing to prospective clients, so we put statistics and data front and center on the website. And our research revealed that HR departments are recruiting a diverse group of talent, so we chose illustrations that reflected the diversity of the talent they are seeking.
